Teacher Drop Out

Teacher Drop Out isimli Erasmus+ projesi aday öğretmenlerin kendilerini eksik hissettikleri alanlarda gelişimlerini sağlamak amacıyla Konya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü – Türkiye, Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi – Türkiye, Karatay Fen Lisesi – Türkiye, Varşova Üniversitesi – Polonya, Varşova Eğitim Müdürlüğü – Polonya, Mıasto Stoleczne Warszawa – Polonya, İnternational Link Global – Galler, Intersport UK – Galler  ortaklıklarıyla gerçekleştirilmektedir.Proje,göreve yeni başlayan öğretmenlerin meslekten ayrılma nedenlerinin araştırılıp,bu nedenlere çözüm üretmeyi hedeflemektedir. Hedef kitlesi Eğitim Fakültesi öğrencileri aday öğretmenler ve öğretmen adaylarının gözlem dersine katıldığı öğretmenlerdir.Projede,aday öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları sorunların araştırılması ve öğretmenlere yönelik eğitim faaliyetleri gerçekleştirilecektir ve projeden tüm öğretmenler faydalanacaktır. Proje sonuçları olarak aday öğretmenlerin mesleğin ilk yıllarında yaşadıkları sorunların neler olduğunun araştırma raporu  ve  aday öğretmenlere mesleki gelişim imkanı sunacak eğitim kitleri hazırlanacaktır.

Erasmus + project named Teacher Drop Out is carried out in order to ensure the development of candidate teachers in the areas they feel lacking with the partnership of Konya Provincial Directorate of National Education of - Turkey, Necmettin Erbakan University - Turkey, Karatay Science High School - Turkey, University of Warsaw - Poland, Warsaw Education Directorate - Poland Miasto Stoleczn Warszawa - Poland, International Link Global - Wales and Intersport UK - Wales.The project aims to investigate the reasons for new teachers leaving the profession and find solutions to these reasons. The target audience is the students of the Faculty of Education, candidate teachers and the teachers that the teacher candidates attend the observation lesson. In the project, investigating the problems experienced by the novice teachers and training activities will be carried out for teachers and all teachers will benefit from the project.As the result of the project, a research report about the problems that novice teachers experienced in the first years of the profession and training kits that will provide professional development opportunities to candidate teachers will be prepared.
